This Privacy Statement explains to users the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider, the TESTTailor GmbH, for this website (hereinafter: "Offer").

The legal framework of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access data/server log files

The provider (or his Internet provider) collects data each time the Offer is accessed (so called server log files). This data includes: the name of the website, file, date and time of the call, amount of data transferred, notification of successful downloads, browser type and version, the operating system of the user’s device, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. This data will not be merged with any other data sources. The provider uses the log data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, safety and the optimization of the Offer. The provider reserves the right to log the data in order to check later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to specific indicators.

Handling of personal data

Personal information is information that will help identify a person, i.e. information which can be traced back to that person. This includes for example the name, email address, or telephone number.
